Listed property defying expectations

This anxiety would have come at a steep opportunity cost -  the listed property market has delivered more than 35% in the year to end-April.  As Keillen Ndlovu, portfolio manager at Stanlib, put it: "Yes, we have had a great run, but it's been justified." This is because the growth in income and distributions continues to meet or exceed expectations.
