Recruitment and Selection
Once your application has been longlisted, you will be invited for a first-round interview with a member of the Talent Management team. Thereafter recommended candidates will form part of a shortlist and will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager and/or members of his/her team. The exact number of interviews and who you will meet with varies by role, location and hiring manager. If the overall feedback from your second-round interviews are positive, you will be required to complete a psychometric assessment. Feedback from the interviews and psychometric assessments will be collated and reviewed. In some cases, candidates will also be required to complete a competency or research test based on the business unit requirements of the role. It is also important to note that the order of the assessments and second round interviews may vary. After background checks have been conducted, a final comprehensive decision will be made, and a member of the talent management team will contact you directly with feedback regarding the outcome of your application.
